My daughter and I were staying in Oswestry for a week and she fancied a take away. She is a vegetarian and often fish and chip shops have a limited offering. Oh my cod was great! The food was freshly cooked and the Halloumi was great! Highly recommend!

Have to say my first experience wasn't a very good one that was down to the service not the food. Since then though I've used it numerous time and always found it consistent. The haddock is lovely, more than your average size and cooked fresh, nice batter. Curry sauce is typically what you'd expect but does seem to carry a bit more heat to it than your average which is nice. Mushy peas again naturally what you'd expect , I say naturally cos I've had elsewhere and they must add food colouring or had some nuclear reaction. Fish & Chips served in a box with added slice of lemon & tartar sauce is a nice touch.

My best ever Fish & chips. The fish - cod (in Czech treska) was fantastic. Served in a nice paper box. Just a reminder there are only 2 chairs so this is take out restaurant.
